Check in time is 2:00 pm.
Check out time is 12:00 noon. Guests are obliged to vacate the
room by this time or a half day/ full charge whichever is applicable shall be implemented.
Cancelation – Notification of cancellation or amendments must be received 14 days before arrival for stays less
than a month and at least 1 month before arrival for stays of one month and above.
Failure to cancel or amend a reservation within the stipulated time frame, will incur a penalty charge as
follows:
full amount for 7 to 29 nights stay
50% equivalent to 1 month rental for 30 nights and above.
Security Deposit – upon confirmation of booking, a non-refundable security deposit equivalent to 1Night is
payable to secure the booking, which will be deducted from the total contract price. For monthly booking,
we will require 1-month deposit.
Rental Payment – for reservations of less than one-month, full rental is required to be paid prior to, or upon
check-in. Failing which, a credit card pre-authorisation of the full amount will be required upon check-in as
guarantee.
Extension of Lease – Kindly note that for any extension of your lease will be subject to room availability and
requests will be made via email. We require 14-days advance notice for the extension for current booking.
Smoking Policy – we are a smoke free room and building. Smoking at designated area only. For the event that a
guest has been caught or proven smoking inside the room/ building premises, it will incur a penalty charge as
per Singapore No Smoking Law.
Quiet Hours – strictly from 09:00 pm to 08:00 am. To ensure that all of our guests are
having a comfortable and peaceful stay, we strictly enforce a “No Party Room Policy” after
09:00 PM in all of our guest accommodations and common areas. Greatwood Residence
reserves the right to take action on those who violates this policy. Failure to comply,
management will be forced to report the involved parties to the authorities.
Bringing of pets, deadly weapons and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
